Wyld Tan – Returns & Refunds

We want you to glow with confidence, and that means loving every product you order from us. But if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products – this helps us keep everything 100% hygienic for all our customers.

If you change your mind about an item, no problem – we’re happy to accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase

  • The return must be sent within 14 days of delivery

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out quickly. We may ask for a few photos to help us see what went wrong — and once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Start a Return or Refund

To start the process, drop us an email at info@wyldthings.co.uk with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The product name(s) you want to return

  • A short reason for the return (e.g. damaged, incorrect item, unopened return)

  • Photos if your item was damaged or defective

Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — it helps us track your return properly and avoid delays.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, email info@wyldthings.co.uk and we’ll help you from there.

What Can’t Be Returned

To keep everything clean, safe, and fair, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items
