Wyld Tan – Shipping Policy

We’re all about getting your glow to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your Wyld Tan goodies.

Processing Times

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, sales, or new product drops, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep things moving as fast as we can.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the UK using trusted courier and postal partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays, but we’ll always provide tracking where possible so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your chosen delivery method and location.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our website and socials for those glow-up deals.

International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within the UK — but don’t worry, we’re working on expanding soon! Stay tuned for updates. 🌍

Order Issues & Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check:

  • Your tracking email (sometimes it sneaks into your junk folder)

  • With your local delivery office or neighbours

If it’s still missing, email us at info@wyldthings.co.uk with your order number, or contact us via Instagram DM at @wyldtan — we’ll help you track it down.

Please note: once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times and updates are managed by them — but we’ll always assist where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before completing your order. Wyld Tan isn’t responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

If you spot a mistake right after ordering, reach out to us immediately at info@wyldthings.co.uk or DM us on Instagram — we’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
We may ask for a few photos or details to help us investigate and sort it quickly — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
